Accounting. BS degree a plus. Three to five or more years
previous experience with accounts payable and payroll utilizing

PROGRAMMER/OPERATOR - HS/GED required, college preferred.
Five to seven
or more years experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in generating programs for the CMM in UMESS.
Responsible for CMM programming, setup and inspection of blades
to verify specs. Zeiss Centermax, Zeiss Calypso a plus. Five to
seven years experience in Quality Control Inspection preferred.
Performs receiving, in-process,
and final inspection of blades using a variety of basic and
precision measurement equipment, i.e., micrometers, verniers,
calipers, indicators, optical comparators and coordinate
measurement machines, etc., to insure conformance to material
and product specifications.
Prepare and execute the inspection of blades, both in-process
and final inspection on the CMM.
Utilizes blueprints, drawings, and specifications to verify

PROGRAMMER - BS
degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
preferred. Will consider equivalent work experience – 20+ years
of machine manufacturing.
10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations,
implementation, or optimization.
5+ years experience supporting
cycle time improvement projects.
5+ years experience in management
(leadership). CNC
programming, both milling and turning applications.
Ability to design specialized
tooling and fixturing dependent on machining applications.
Basic knowledge of CATIA a
plus. Multi-axis machining
experience a plus. Responsible for
generating all CNC programs and manufacturing engineering
support for the blade manufacturing business unit. Develop
machining strategies to include tool selection and raw material
definition. Identify and implement process improvement for CNC-programming
and related areas. Provide technical direction and advice to
shop personnel during execution process. Support blade
manufacturing operation with the improvement of existing process
and the design/development of new machining processes. Assist
order management with the estimating of work scope. Interface
with design/product engineering on product specifications and

ELECTRICAL
ENGINEER - BSEE degree, current PE and 5 to 10 years
relevant experience,
preferable for large power generation plants (simple cycle, co-gen,
etc.). Photovoltaic power and wind power project experience a
plus as well as other industrial experience such as refineries.
AutoCAD, REVIT, ABS experience desired. Client and business
development skills a plus. Spanish language proficiency desired.
Valid Passport. Must be
able to fully design electrical systems for power generation
plants and industrial projects. Designs will include primary and
secondary power distribution, as well as lighting and specialty
systems. Client looks for quality professionals with a high
degree of skill and integrity. Solid, stable work experience is
a must!
Assignments will be varied and require ability
to make independent decisions on engineering problems and
methods, define and articulate the best solution (s) for the
client. Will be able to manage client relationships and multiple
projects, estimate manpower needs and manage project budget.
Project engineering, hands-on design and CAD experience
required, as this is still a very strong technical role.
This position is office-based,
however, some travel (including international) is required.
Minnesota
FIELD SERVICE
OPERATOR - HS/GED.
Will perform
“hands on” activities such as bolting pipe, fueling pumps, and
site clean up. Must be able to use air tools, hand tools, chain
saw, and chop saw. Experience with fusing HDPE pipe, switching
tails, (turning 12” to 14” manual valves) and any other field
related activities. All work will be outside work - mostly labor
work and not as much equipment work. Background checks and drug

MINE ENGINEER - BS degree in Mining
Engineering or related discipline and 0-2
or more years industry experience on an operating open cut
mine site preferred. Computer and design skills with proficiency
in CAD, 3-D geologic modeling and optimization, spreadsheet
development, surveying software, volume calculations, GIS, and
other systems as required. Previous mineral sands experience
desirable. Exposure to Surveying and related techniques. Some

PLANT ENGINEER, MINING - BS degree in Mining
Engineering or related discipline. Three to seven or more years
experience with and knowledge of mineral separation equipment,
specifically slurry and gravity separation equipment.
Demonstrated expertise in process design. Understanding of
mineral sands processing. Review on a regular basis process
flows and plant material balances. Update P&ID’s and PFD’s as
appropriate. Coordinate the commissioning of new plants and the

PROCESS DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST -
College degree in Process
Technology, Engineering, Quality or related field. Five or more
years experience with process and quality improvement in a
manufacturing/industrial environment.
Experience to include
manufacturing process documentation, quality process
documentation, and document control/management.
Design, research, write, and
update technical manuals for standardization of manufacturing &
quality processes.
Research, review and recommend document/management software
packages. Proficient with
MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Analytical, results oriented,
ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
Experience in mining or aggregate
industry preferred but not required. This
position has the overall responsibility of working with
department managers in the assessment, development and
implementation of technical and non-technical manufacturing and
quality process improvement solutions. This includes working
with department managers to identify project requirements,
develop and manage documentation of established processes, and
perform document control and management. Will actively
participate in making collaborative decisions with team members
regarding purchase of appropriate document control management

Tertiary
qualification in mineral processing or related process
discipline.
3-5 years experience with and knowledge of
mineral separation equipment, specifically slurry and gravity
separation equipment.
Demonstrated
expertise in process design.
Understanding
of mineral sands processing.
Ensure ongoing
training and development of mining staff.
Provide
guidance / instruction to operations personnel regarding plant
setup and performance.
Recommend and
supervise external technical consultants as required. Review
plant performance on a regular basis and make recommendations on
areas for improvement.
Ensure process
related technical services are provided to the US mining
operations in a safe and efficient manner. Liaise with other
mining staff to define the short-term process requirements based
on the known mineralogical information, as well as the need for
any additional definition required through further sample
collection or laboratory analysis. Virginia
PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS - BS Degree and PE, or
eligible for PE, and 5 or more years A&E experience in
respective disciplines (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil).

Engineering or related. Seven or more years relevant experience
