ELECTRICAL ENGINEER - BSEE and PE required. 5 or more years of relevant experience. Strong analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Highly motivated team player.Valid Passport. Spanish language proficiency strongly desired. Open to a one year initial assignment in southwest US. Will design power and control systems for industrial projects. Assignments will be varied and require ability to make independent decisions on engineering problems and methods, define and articulate the best solution (s) for the client. Will be able to manage client relationships and multiple projects, estimate manpower needs and manage project budget. Virginia

ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH & SAFETY MANAGER - Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health or related discipline. Eight or more years of EHS experience. Five or more years of management experience. Manufacturing background and knowledge of plant processes. 30% travel supporting four plants. Will direct safety, security and environmental affairs. Participate as a key member of the Corporate Safety Committee. Evaluates associates exposures to chemical and physical hazards using a variety of instrumentation. Interprets results and implements control measures. Trains workforce on a wide variety of occupational health, safety and environmental topics. Collects data, performs calculations and generates reports on injury/illness experience, waste generation, waste minimization and air emissions to local, state and federal agencies. Performs work-site risk factor analysis. Establishes specifications and criteria for sound processes and procedures. Works with multiple-site Management to implement these criteria into good work practices. Revises emergency, contingency and containment plans for pollution control to reflect changes in operations, conditions and material employed. Establish safety-training programs and maintain training records for company.  Direct the environmental affairs. Work with sales force, customer support, Process Engineers, Laboratory, Production, and maintenance supervision to assure that compliance issues are addressed. Virginia

LEAN PROCESS ENGINEER - BS Mechanical, Chemical or Plastics Engineering. 6-8 years of industrial experience with demonstrated “hands on” mechanical aptitude for work. Ability to identify and solve problems that cause inefficiencies. Continuous improvement methodology/six sigma ie. black belt, lean experience is required. Experience with procuring new equipment and implementing process improvements. Experience and knowledge in quality systems QS, TS etc. required. Electrical/Electronic knowledge desirable. 5S project experience helpful. Knowledge of polymer compounding a plus. Travel to multiple sites required. Process Improvement to increase yield, first pass / first quality. Lead yield improvement efforts on monthly/daily/lot basis and take immediate action to prevent re-occurrence. Provide Technical support to the production team by championing yield improvement plans. Improve the process to minimize process related downtime. Update all the process changes and incorporate those changes in work instructions. Provide procedure and training for start up and shutdown of machines to achieve higher yields. Provide procedure and training on new process and equipments. Champion process related Corrective and Preventives measures. Texas

QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR - High School diploma or equivalent; some college or technical school preferred. Minimum of 5 years experience with machine shop inspections required. Must be able to properly use a variety of inspection equipment to include but not limited to: micrometers, indicators, calipers, height gage, bore gages (CMM experience preferred). Ability to interpret technical drawings as well as work from oral and written instructions. Must have a working knowledge of GD&T. Experience with ISO9001, AS9100 and FDA GMP required. Must have a working knowledge of trigonometry and geometry. Will measure, inspect, and test finished or in-process fabricated or mechanical parts to verify quality and adherence to the technical specifications on a manufacturing drawing, and record those findings; Review any deviations with the engineering and manufacturing managers to determine the disposition of the parts; Attach or physically mark part identification numbers onto products or containers; Validate specific questionable features found during the assembly process to determine if the problem is a manufacturing issue or a design issue. PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS - BS Degree and PE, or eligible for PE, and 5 or more years A&E experience in respective disciplines (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil). Background in cradle-to-grave, MS Office, AutoCad, MS Project, Primavera. Will interface with clients and customers. Various
