HOT REQUIREMENTS:

Communications Hardware Specialist - Senior Level position. Perform full technical, maintenance, and engineering support to the customer systems software and hardware suites. This includes, as required, system maintenance, system troubleshooting and the installation and testing of approved software upgrades as they become available. Configure workstations for multi-faceted operational environment. Install all necessary patches and provide day-to-day administrative support for user accounts. Make and maintain contacts with variation of customers ranging from entry to executive level personnel. AA degree is required and six years of experience using and managing network and computer communications equipment. Experience installing, testing, and operating network and computer (host) communications equipment (e.g. switches, modems, controllers, terminals and multiplexers); using and implementing communications hardware and electrical standards, using communications hardware test and monitoring equipment and analyzing the results. 

Desk Officer: Use existing, extensive knowledge of analytical techniques and operational field tradecraft to assist with identification and vetting of assets and potential targets of CT intelligence efforts.  Will identify and propose procedures and recommend methods of sharing the vast amounts of information coming in.  Coordinate with other Intelligence Community elements regarding technical counter terrorist operations.  Assist with ongoing CTC operational initiatives by interacting with area division desks and field stations using personal meetings and correspondence.  Research available databases for comparative information pertaining to intelligence collected through field station foreign intelligence initiatives.  Produce analytic summaries of designated CT targets, while looking for new trends, developments and potential targets. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline. A professional management certification (e.g., PMI) or advanced business degree is required at the expert level. Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Desk or Operations Officer. Candidate should be familiar with DO field operations and have targeting experience.

Documentation Specialist : Responsible for searching selected databases and providing specific documents to analyst and the Intelligence Community.  Includes performing data entry, information retrieval, document preparation, and report generation.  In-house training will be provided. AA degree in Computers Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline. Minimum of two years of experience with technical writing and the preparation of documentation, including researching.  Beginning knowledge of Lotus Notes, the Internet and ability to get up to speed quickly on Customer databases is required.
