experience.
Our Generator Specialists have over 85 years of combined experience on
many different machines in the Steam & Gas Turbine Generator and Hydro industry. They are
responsible for:
 | Administering job related / safety training. |
| Administering written examinations. |
| Evaluating individual's on site work experience. |
| Placing individuals into a job category. |
| Recommending promotions to the next level. |
| Assisting customers in quoting hours, labor, materials, procedures, etc.
from the specifications supplied by the Utility Company. |
| Performing Quality Control on all parts and pieces through manufacturing
processes (Stator Bars, Slot Wedges, etc.). |
| Representing the company awarded the rewind or the Utility Company. |
| Assisting the Site Manager, building schedules, tracking materials, and laying out
the daily job duties for assigned shifts. |
Safety in the workplace

| Legal and industrial safety standards, codes, protective equipment and
devices, and leading best safety practices are minimum requirements. |
| All of our maintenance personnel are OSHA 10/30 and First Aid & CPR
